Hanshi Amir Barnea born in Israel in 1966

Introduced to the world of martial arts in 1978, practicing Ju-Jitsu, Judo, Kyokushin Full Contact Karate, Boxing and Krav- Maga.

Decades of experience and knowledge of martial arts, including practicing JuJitsu all around the world and teaching adults and children aged 4 years old and up.

Extensive experience in conducting international seminars, congresses, courses, special self-defense workshops for police and security forces, training and coaching instructors and running competitions.

1984 – 1 st Dan Ju-Jitsu - Israel

1985-1988 – Service in the Israel Defense Forces

1988 – 2 nd Dan Ju-Jitsu - Israel

1988-1991 – Trained under soke Kelleman Istevan, the official WJJF representative in Hungary

1989-1995 – Chairperson of the Israel Ju-Jitsu Association

1991 – Started representing WJJF in Israel under Soke Robert Clark and direct student at Hunbo dojo in Liverpool, England

1992 – National Coach and sole WJJF representative in Israel

1992 – Official martial arts coach – Wingate Institute: Israel’s National Coaching School.

1992 – Certified Physical Education Teacher – Wingate College of Sports Education 1 st degree in Sports Education – B.Ed.

1992 – 3 rd Dan Ju-Jitsu by soke Robert Clark

1993 – Certified self-defense instructor in high schools from Wingate Institute for Coaches.

1994 – 4 th Dan Ju-Jitsu by soke Robert Clark

1998 – Senior martial arts coach- Wingate Institute for Coaches

1999 – 5 th Dan Ju-Jitsu by soke Robert Clark

2002 – 6 th Dan Ju-Jitsu by soke Robert Clark

2018 – B judge license as international referee – WFJ – World Federation of Ju-Jitsu competition.
